As doa\u00e7\u00f5es efetuadas por meio da destina\u00e7\u00e3o do imposto de renda s\u00e3o uma das predominantes formas de capta\u00e7\u00e3o de recursos dos Fundos Sociais. Recursos aplicados exclusivamente nos programas e a\u00e7\u00f5es de prote\u00e7\u00e3o, ao Fundo Municipal de Direitos da Crian\u00e7a e do adolescente (FMDCA) e ao Fundo Municipal de Pol\u00edticas da Pessoa Idosa (Fumappi), sob a orienta\u00e7\u00e3o dos respectivos Conselhos, sujeitos \u00e0 fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico. Desse modo, a pesquisa objetiva-se analisar os crit\u00e9rios de destina\u00e7\u00e3o do IR solid\u00e1rio em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos valores arrecadados e distribu\u00eddos nos anos de 2018 a 2021 no Munic\u00edpio de Tangar\u00e1 da Serra\/MT. Refere-se a um estudo descritivo, com abordagem quali-quantitativa e utilizouse do m\u00e9todo bibliogr\u00e1fico e documental. As informa\u00e7\u00f5es foram coletadas com base nos dados disponibilizados pela prefeitura do munic\u00edpio e Receita Federal. Constatou-se que, para os projetos sociais receberem os recursos oriundos do IR, devem estar em concilia\u00e7\u00e3o com as legisla\u00e7\u00f5es vigentes estabelecidas pelo munic\u00edpio. Os resultados ressaltam que houve maiores doa\u00e7\u00f5es no ano de 2021 com um montante de R$7.100.335,86. Contudo, foi evidenciada a necessidade de melhor divulga\u00e7\u00e3o de campanhas, no qual promover\u00e1 o fortalecimento da consci\u00eancia cidad\u00e3 sobre o tributo social que interfere direta e positivamente na realidade dos indiv\u00edduos. Donations made through the destination of Income Tax are one of the predominant ways of raising funds from the Social Funds. Resources applied exclusively to protection programs and actions, to the Municipal Fund for the Rights of Children and Adolescents (FMDCA) and to the Municipal Fund for Policies for the Elderly (Fumappi), under the guidance of the respective Councils, subject to inspection by the Public Ministry. In this way, the research aims to analyze the criteria for the destination of the solidarity IR in relation to the amounts collected and distributed in the years 2018 to 2021 in the municipality of Tangar\u00e1 da Serra\/MT. It refers to a descriptive study, with a quali-quantitative approach and used the bibliographic and documentary method. The information was collected based on data provided by the city hall and the Federal Revenue. It was found that for social projects to receive funds from the IR, they must be in harmony with the current legislation established by the municipality. The results emphasize that there were greater donations in 2021 with an amount of R$7,100,335.86. However, the need for better dissemination of campaigns was evidenced, which will promote the strengthening of citizen awareness about the social tribute that interferes directly and positively in the reality of individuals.
