Risco est\u00e3o cada vez mais ganhando relev\u00e2ncia no cen\u00e1rio da administra\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica no Brasil, principalmente devido ao engajamento da sociedade ao acesso \u00e0s informa\u00e7\u00f5es do setor p\u00fablico, o que obriga os gestores a trabalharem com planejamentos voltados para a efetividade da gest\u00e3o, haja vista que a governan\u00e7a j\u00e1 \u00e9 realidade e disseminada nas esferas municipal, estadual e federal.\u00a0<\/p><p>O presente artigo tem por objetivo conhecer o n\u00edvel de import\u00e2ncia dada ao assunto, assim como analisar se tanto o compliance quanto a Gest\u00e3o de Risco est\u00e3o sendo implantadas nas estatais estaduais e de que forma podem trazer benef\u00edcios para a Companhia de Saneamento B\u00e1sico do Estado do Par\u00e1 (Cosanpa).\u00a0<\/p><p>Ademais, para se alcan\u00e7arem os objetivos, realizou-se uma pesquisa qualitativa com a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de question\u00e1rios aos colaboradores envolvidos nos respectivos processos. Os resultados demonstram que a estatal, do objeto de estudo, j\u00e1 pratica os princ\u00edpios de Compliance faltando apenas atualizar seus processos, com rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Gest\u00e3o de Risco necessita socializar com os colaboradores o conhecimento, assim como criar um dicion\u00e1rio para se iniciar a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o dessa ferramenta.\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><i><b>P<\/b><\/i><b><i>alavras-Chave: Compliance; Gest\u00e3o de Risco; Estatais; Cosanpa.<\/i><\/b><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p><b>ABSTRACT\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p>Compliance and risk management are increasingly gaining relevance in the public administration scenario in Brazil. This statement is due to the fact that society is more engaged and with access to information on the management of the public machine, which forces managers to work with plans aimed at the effectiveness of public management, given that governance is mandatory in the municipal, state and federal levels.\u00a0<\/p><p>This article aims to know the level of importance given to the subject, as well as to analyze whether both compliance and risk management are being implemented in the Company and how they can bring benefits to management. Furthermore, to contemplate this objective, a qualitative research was carried out with the application of questionnaires.\u00a0<\/p><p>The results show that the Company already practices the Compliance principles, just needing to update its processes, with regard to Risk Management, Cosanpa needs to socialize together with employees, as well as create a dictionary to start the implementation of this tool.
