Esse entendimento \u00e9 importante, pois a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o e o monitoramento da agenda ESG demandam uma abordagem que seja colaborativa e multidisciplinar, tanto a n\u00edvel dos funcion\u00e1rios quanto da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o.\u00a0<\/p><p>O estudo consiste em um ensaio te\u00f3rico e evidencia que a \u00e9tica desempenha um papel significativo nesse processo, contribuindo para a credibilidade, confian\u00e7a, transpar\u00eancia, responsabilidade, equidade, justi\u00e7a e sustentabilidade necess\u00e1rias na implementa\u00e7\u00e3o e no acompanhamento das iniciativas ESG.\u00a0<\/p><p>Destaca-se que dentre as forma\u00e7\u00f5es mais requeridas atualmente nos processos de recrutamento para trabalhar na \u00e1rea nas atividades relacionadas \u00e0 agenda ESG destacam-se: Economia; Administra\u00e7\u00e3o; Gest\u00e3o ambiental; Biologia; Engenharia ambiental; e Direito.\u00a0<\/p><p>Observou-se tamb\u00e9m que h\u00e1 uma busca maior por profissionais do n\u00edvel de Analista e Especialista para o atendimento das demandas de ESG. Infere-se tamb\u00e9m que as empresas, neste momento, est\u00e3o priorizando as quest\u00f5es ambientais dentro do contexto de ESG.\u00a0<\/p><p>A forte \u00eanfase no aspecto ambiental pode ser atribu\u00edda a v\u00e1rias raz\u00f5es, como press\u00f5es regulat\u00f3rias crescentes, demandas dos consumidores por pr\u00e1ticas sustent\u00e1veis e at\u00e9 mesmo para mitigar riscos ambientais associados \u00e0s opera\u00e7\u00f5es.\u00a0<\/p><p>Todavia, a limita\u00e7\u00e3o de vagas percebidas nos aspectos social e de governan\u00e7a pode ser resultado de v\u00e1rias din\u00e2micas organizacionais. Algumas empresas podem j\u00e1 possuir estruturas robustas e pessoal especializado em quest\u00f5es sociais e de governan\u00e7a, enquanto outras podem estar em est\u00e1gios iniciais de desenvolvimento nesses aspectos.\u00a0<\/p><p><i><b>Palavras-chave: <\/b>Agenda 2030.
