data-end=\"89\">Resumo<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"93\" data-end=\"488\">Este artigo prop\u00f5e, como inquieta\u00e7\u00e3o de pesquisa, investigar a converg\u00eancia dos eixos estrat\u00e9gicos da Pol\u00edtica Nacional de Desenvolvimento Regional (PNDR), com os compromissos do Projeto BRA\/20\/008, no \u00e2mbito do Minist\u00e9rio da Integra\u00e7\u00e3o e do Desenvolvimento Regional (MIDR), e tamb\u00e9m com as metas propostas pelos Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustent\u00e1veis (ODS) formalizados no Acordo de Paris.<\/p><p data-start=\"490\" data-end=\"873\">Em complemento a essa inquieta\u00e7\u00e3o, prop\u00f5e, como objetivo, identificar as fontes de recursos, por meio do Fundo de Desenvolvimento Regional (FDR), que fomentam o custeio das atividades de Pesquisa, Desenvolvimento e Inova\u00e7\u00e3o (PD&amp;I) e, a partir destas fontes de recursos, desenvolver um modelo te\u00f3rico-anal\u00edtico determin\u00edstico, com especifica\u00e7\u00e3o capaz de calcular o valor do custeio.<\/p><p data-start=\"875\" data-end=\"1270\">Os FDR que fomentam as fontes de recursos s\u00e3o o Fundo de Desenvolvimento da Amaz\u00f4nia (FDA), Fundo de Desenvolvimento do Nordeste (FDNE) e Fundo de Desenvolvimento do Centro-Oeste (FDCO). Os resultados da pesquisa s\u00e3o robustos por identificar converg\u00eancias integral e parcial, assim como n\u00e3o converg\u00eancia, al\u00e9m de identificar as fontes de recursos por FDR e respectivas percentagens aplic\u00e1veis.<\/p><p data-start=\"1272\" data-end=\"1435\">Por fim, desenvolve-se o modelo te\u00f3rico-anal\u00edtico determin\u00edstico, com a finalidade de calcular o valor dos recursos destinados ao custeio das atividades de PD&amp;I.<\/p><p data-start=\"1437\" data-end=\"1909\">Como considera\u00e7\u00f5es finais, fica a sugest\u00e3o e convite para que pesquisas subsequentes possam obter os dados do or\u00e7amento de cada fonte de recursos por FDR, por ciclos de horizonte de tempo, operacionalizar o modelo te\u00f3rico-anal\u00edtico determin\u00edstico e apresentar \u00e0 sociedade o montante dos recursos que possam ser investidos no desenvolvimento das regi\u00f5es Norte, Nordeste e Centro-Oeste do Brasil, para melhoria da qualidade de vida da
